It’s a fact. Spring is well on it’s way. British Summer Time officially starts on 26th March which can only mean one thing…. the beginning of all things summer;
Festivals, cider, sunshine, picnics, some rain, wasps, tubes hotter than your bunnies batteries and children EVERYWHERE.
Ok, ok, so some downsides, however, with longer days and warmer weather there are some serious outdoor opportunities to be had.
Why not hop on a bike and explore the city’s hidden gems?
Cycling can be a wobbly yet joyous experience for all, whether you’re a lone ranger, part of a group or enjoying a day date.
What smashes this idyllic fantasy is the stress associated with locating said bike and finding a route safe enough to ensure your next date does not take place from a hospital bed.
See below for a selection of cycle routes, cycling events and some all female loving lesbian cycling groups.
What more could you want?

Top Tip: Check out the nearest  Cycle Docking Station to locate a pay and go Santander Cycle.
 Aka Boris Bike.
