With hot weather just around the corner (we hope!!) there’s no better time than the present to kick start that summer bod prep by partaking in some yoga. Plus, let’s not forget that the benefits of yoga seem to be endless. Increased flexibility, weight reduction, improved respiration, right through to decreased anxiety. Everyone can do with a bit of that in their lives and luckily for you we’ve teamed up with the super talented and extremely calming Pippa Johnson to provide you with a series of follow-along yoga vids….Thank us later sista.
